[NEW RELEASE] SVG Badges 3.0.0

Hi all,

I just released the SVG Badges plugin version 3.0.0. It should be available in SonarQube's update center soon (@Ann can you please update the Update Center ?)

Release Notes:

I have to wonder, tho, if you meant to give your release the title you did (qualinsight-plugins-sonarqube-badges-3.0.0: [maven-release-plugin] copy for tag qualinsigh-plugins-sonarqube-ba...)

I added a title to all releases in order to have a more readable name (so far it was automatically generated by the maven release plugin)

Side question: do you plan to update the version of the plugin on the SonarQube.com instance ? That would be great.
