pmd:CommentSize is unusable when cannot be configured

Hi,

 

The rule pmd:CommentSize is unusable when it cannot be configured. By default it enforces comments to fit in 80 columns and 6 rows and it doesn't work for a project where line length is set to any value higher than 80, which is very common. Can you either provide replacement for this rule or ability to configure this rule as PMD does (http://pmd.sourceforge.net/pmd-5.1.3/rules/java/comments.html#CommentSize)?
