defect in new code metrics

This is with reference to question posted here - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/36651436/getting-new-code-coverage-new-issues-history-in-time-machine-api

It definitely seems that historical values for new code metrics (new coverage, new violations, etc) are not being persisted anywhere. Due to this the Time Machine API is alsi returning null values for these metrics. Can anyone in SonarSource reply if this is a known issue or any details on when the fix will be released?
