eclipse (oxygen version) sonarlint 3.3.0 unable to update project bindings

I am trying to bind my eclipse java project to a sonarqube (6.7 LTS) project using latest version on sonarlint 3.3.0.   I am getting a "Unable to move" error message (see below) which is Caused by: java.nio.file.AccessDeniedException   Any idea of what might be causing this?  I am using java 1.8.0.92 for eclipse.

Let me work with my company's IT support to see if I can configure McAfee to exclude my workspace to see if this fixes the issue.   Unfortunately, I can't configure it per IT global windows settings.

I worked with my company's IT support and they temporarily disabled McAfee software on my laptop.  I am still seeing the same error so it doesn't appear to be anti-virus related.   Any ideas on what is causing this?

RESOLVED:  So I got my IT support team to exclude McAfee scanning of ECLIPSE.EXE and now the error has gone away.   It required a reboot of my laptop to get it to work so that is why it didn't work in my earlier post.
