I try to analyse a file *.cbl with Eclipse and Sonarlint.

cf. log SonarLint Console

Declared extensions of language COBOL were converted to cobol: file:**/*.cbl
Declared extensions of language JavaScript were converted to js: file:**/*.js
Quality profiles:

  * java: java-sonar-way-16384 (185 rules)
  * js: js-sonar-way-34285 (72 rules)

Error during analysis

The licence in the Sonarqube server is ok (Expiration: 31 mai 2017).

Hi,

Licenses are only fetched from the server for authenticated users. Even if you SonarQube server allows anonymous access. Please check you are using a user with valid credentials to connect to the SonarQube server from SonarLint.

For more help please contact SonarSource support.

Hi All,

I'm using SonarCobol plugin for analyzing the COBOL project and I'm getting the following exception.

ERROR: Error during SonarQube Scanner execution
com.sonarsource.cobol.XYZ.A.B.A: No license for cobol
ERROR:
ERROR: Re-run SonarQube Scanner using the -X switch to enable full debug logging
.
I'm using

SonarCOBOL - 4.0.2.2656 installed
SonarQube    - Version 6.2 - LGPL v3
Sonarscanner - Version 2.8

Please do the needful.

Hi,

Please be sure to use a login/password or a token to bind to your SonarQube server. Even if you have allowed anonymous read, the license will not be visible to SonarLint except if you use an authenticated user.

For more help, I suggest you reach the SonarSource support.
