Add Eclipse update site to http://www.sonarlint.org/eclipse/index.html

Friends of Sonar,

could you add the p2 update site to
http://www.sonarlint.org/eclipse/index.html as an alternative to
install SonarLint?

We in Eclipse Platform development are used to install from p2 update
sites as our SDK build does not contain the market place client. I'm
also aware of customers which prefer p2 update sites compared to the
marketplace client.

Also we'll soon completely redesign sonarlint website, so I don't want to spend too much time on this soon-to-be outdated website.
