Hey everyone I just recently got a pioneer flx 4 and I was wondering if there was any way to just sync the tempo of the 2 songs without the grids lining up automatically. This may be a very dumb question.

Featuring an internal (built-in) microphone, BEATSYNC is designed to listen and respond to any music, any background sound. Whatever your music, BEATSYNC LED micro lights literally come alive, creating a light show in total sync to the rhythm and beat of your music.

I have mods in my stream chat that bookmark music when viewers request songs. I would really love to have a button that would sync any pending music to be downloaded without having to restart the game!

The BeatSync mod would be convenient since I am going to be setting up BeatSaber on my home PC and laptop, and songs would automatically sync with my bsaber.com account. However, it seems that the mod is broken and could be related to BeatSaber version 1.6. Below is the troubleshooting I have tried.

Beat Saber and mod version notes:
My copy of Beat Saber version 1.6 is still running so this tells me the BeatSync or SyncSaberService mod is not compatible with this version. I have tried syncsaberservice.ini (version 0.2.2) and BeatSync (version 0.4.1-bs1.4.2-03487305).

So I am trying to find the place to put my syncsaber songs and I am going into my quest storage and trying to find where the songs are. At first I just linked the songs to go into the beatsaber file but its not working so I need help please!

This determines how your tracks are synced. In the image below, I scrolled the upper track one beat ahead. If I sync them both and press play on both of them at the same time, the behavior will be different depending on the setting. With an interval setting of 1, they will both play from the position they are at.

To be in sync with the music, I generate a click track in audacity after selection of bpm, signature and number of bars, I export it as a wav file and import it in shotcut as an audio track. The clicks are very short, less than a frame width, and it is visualy easy to use. Of course I mute it, I only use the visual part.

I suspect it is because the sampler is non-destructive unless you go to the sampler window, then sample list and highlight them then select destructively render. You have to manually commit to destructive render and forcing the slices to conform to sync would be destructive.

The first track has an exact and constant tempo.
The second track has an overall tempo that is about the same, but is not constant so some beats are early and other beats are late.
You want to synchronise the second track to the first track.

With most forms of analogue sync there are more than one pulse per quarter note, so with some good timing you can pick-up the division of the beat you are after as your startpoint, but that is all about your skills at hitting start at the right time, there are no magic boxes to autosync to the off beat or half beat.

I am looking for a way to beat sync arpeggiator to the next beat/downbeat similar to what I can do in Ableton. My church uses Ableton for click and tracks. I would like to have GP linked and be able to use temp synced arps etc and be locked in with the click so if if play a hair early or late it will play the next arp not on the next beat instead of right when I press the key.

What I would like to be able to do is to use a microphone from my kick drum to set the tempo of the Octatrack so that Octatrack sequences could be triggered with a drum pad and be in sync with the song as it was already being played rather than playing to a click track to be ready to launch a sequence. Essentially, the kick drum would be continually setting the tap tempo of the Octatrack. This would allow the unit to flex with our live performances and give a more dynamic and natural feel to the set.

As far as I see it the current implementation only allows to statically sync the speed of one deck to another. This means the tempo of one deck is permanently adjusted to the tempo currently present at the other deck. This is not helpful, because it simply forces all tracks to one (wrong) tempo.
