ONLINE RACE MEET ENTRY FORM

On December 3rd an Online Race Meet Entry Form was created on the
SOMOS web site. Essentially it is a paperless way to submit your race
entry form to the SOMOS administrators. It is simple and fast, and
best of all you get confirmation the form was received via a
confirmation email. This confirmation email allows you to double,
triple check the information you submitted, so if an error did occur
you can email the Administrators and get it corrected quickly.

Reliability is concrete because all three Administrators receive the
submission via email and an electronic version is retained in a
database on a server. The only way your entry would not be
acknowledge would be if all three Administrators email service failed
and the server database failed. Highly unlikely since the
Administrators all use different email services and the database is
stored on a server remote from the SOMOS web site server. Pretty much
bullet proof.

We're only 58 days from the first SOMOS race meet in Jacksonville, so
