Form Fillable Character Sheets

For the Smallville RPG, I created the following form fillable
character sheets. They work well for me, but please let me know if you
can envision any changes or tweaks to make it better.

This is a three page sheet.
Ω PAGE ONE | Play Necessary Information.
Ω PAGE TWO | Pathways / Backstory Information & a Brief
Connections to Leads Chart (this chart is not "fillable").
Ω PAGE THREE | Additional Space for the Pathways Chart. (this chart
is not "fillable").

Note that when I converted to Google Docs, it destroyed the format, so
I left these unconverted. This means that the Word files will not
display in Docs. Also, the PDF is not form fillable. I hoped to change
that, but Acrobat has decided to grace me with fatal errors so it
might take me a while to create them. If/when I get the PDF form
finished, I'll add it to this post.
