Form-Fillable Character Sheet?

Has anyone done any work at creating a Form-Fillable character sheet?
I am working on a Wire-a-like game and the high number of Features/
alternate PCs would be greatly aided with such a sheet. If there
isn't one, I might put together a Word document or something, but my
graphic design skills are along the lines of stick people and arrows.

I decided to do things another way. I'll upload when I'm finished. The
short version is that a lot of blank space on a Smallville character
sheet is good, and you should always write in pencil because good play
involves challenging and revising Relationships and Values a lot.
I still would like a form-fillable sheet if someone is putting one
together!
