Call for Entries "SOLO 2027"   Juried Competition for New England Artists Juror: Shey Rivera Ríos (they/them/elle), Artistic Director of Boston Center for the Arts.   Deadline: October 1, 2026   Above: reception for "The Long View"     Deadline: Sunday, October 1, 2026, at midnight   Juror: Shey Rivera Ríos (they/them/elle), Artistic Director of Boston Center for the Arts.   Fee: $35 for up to 5 images   SOLO 2027 awards two solo exhibitions, all gallery expenses paid, to two New England artists who have not previously had a solo show in a commercial gallery (group shows, universities, libraries, etc. do not disqualify). All media are welcome.   Apply online only via the link below.   We welcome emerging and established artists regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identification, sexual orientation, religious beliefs or disabilities.   Finalists will be asked to bring 3-5 pieces of current work to the gallery for an in-person review by the juror.  Winners will be posted December 1 on the gallery website.
