established and vibrant artists' buildings in Somerville, especially
during Somerville Open Studios.
The studio is about 250 sq. ft. and is a visual arts working space with 24 hr access but no living. It is private but within a larger shared studio and has lots of wall space but no windows.
Rent is $430/mo. all included. Monthly agreement with one month's notice required but longer commitments preferred. First and last month's rent due on agreement.
