Nibble Cooking Class Series - Get your tickets before they sell out!

Nibble (an Arts Council initiative) announces a new cooking class series titled "Sips and Small Bites.” The series explores mocktails and small dishes perfect for parties, with a global spin! So try your hand at Alcapurrias (Puerto Rican fritters made with green banana and yautia) or learn to make a Mekong Muse Mocktail - and so much more!
- Sept 17 – Lao Cuisine with Vekonda Luangaphay (The Lao Project)
- Sept 23 – Puerto Rican Cuisine with Lymaris Ortiz
- Sept 30 – Haitian Cuisine with Maritza Jules (Karis Hatian Cuisine)
- Oct 7 – Salvadoran Cuisine with Edwin Orellana (Dos Manos)
Nibble hits the Festival Circuit At Ignite we'll offer micro cooking classes and many Nibble participants past and present will be vending (see Ignite article below). And at the g'25 Gilman Square Arts & Music Fest (a SAC/SomerStreets event!), there will be a slew of Nibble vendors serving up delicious fare from around the globe. Come nosh.
