📣 Be Part of ArtBeat 2026 – Community Organizations Call 📣
We’re excited to invite local community organizations, social service groups, arts organizations, and City departments to apply for a table at ArtBeat 2026!
Now celebrating its 40th year, ArtBeat is the Somerville Arts Council’s annual multicultural arts festival, bringing together thousands of residents and visitors for a full day of music, dance, food, performances, interactive activities, and community connection in Davis Square.
- Festival Date: Saturday, July 18
- Rain Date: Sunday, July 19
ArtBeat is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the community, share resources, highlight your work, and engage with approximately 10,000 festival attendees throughout the day. We especially encourage organizations to consider interactive or participatory activities whenever possible.
This year’s theme: REVolution
In honor of the American Revolution’s 250th anniversary, this year’s ArtBeat theme is REVolution — a celebration of transformation, movement, creativity, and the spark that challenges the status quo. We invite organizations and artists alike to interpret the theme in their own unique ways, whether through community engagement, cultural expression, education, activism, creativity, or interactive experiences.

Please submit the form only if your organization is planning to attend. If plans change after applying, we kindly ask for advance notice, as participation numbers directly affect the festival layout and logistics planning.
