2024 Fluff Festival Vendor Application Is Now Open

Union Square Main Streets is now accepting vendor applications for the 2024 What the Fluff? Festival!
FESTIVAL DATE: Saturday, September 21, 2024 (rain date 9/22) 2-6pm
FESTIVAL OVERVIEW: This year’s festival – Somerville Over the Rainbow: No Place Like Fluff – invites Fluff fans from far and wide to celebrate Somerville’s favorite sticky treat with all shades of silly!
PRODUCT & VENDOR SELECTION: This application does NOT guarantee admission. Vendors will be selected based on quality, creativity, product variety, appropriateness to the event, and space availability.
Festival organizers also reserve the right as sole purveyor at the Festival of fluffernutter sandwiches.
VENDOR RATES:
Vendors must pay a $15.00 application fee for the application to be considered complete. The application fee can be paid online here.
Application fees are waived for USMS members.
New this year - application fee waivers for low-moderate income applicants as defined by HUD are available. If you would like to be considered for a fee waiver, please complete this attestation form and email it to ven...@unionsquaremain.org
Vendor fees will be due upon acceptance:
Craft (non food) vendors: $175.00
Food vendors: $350.00

APPLICATION TIMELINE: We will begin reviewing applications July 1, 2024. Rolling applications will be accepted through July 19, 2024, or until spots are full.
