On behalf of Somerville Arts & Culture, we're excited to share details about ArtBeat 2026: REVolution, one of Greater Boston's largest and most anticipated summer arts festivals, taking place on Saturday, July 18 in Davis Square from 12:00–9:00 PM (Rain Date: Sunday, July 19).

ArtBeat 2026: REVolution

Presented by Somerville Arts & Culture and Mayor Jake Wilson

 

What: A free, day-long celebration of arts, culture, and community featuring:

  • Two outdoor music stages and a dance showcase
  • 70+ craft vendors and global food vendors
  • The Nibble Global Food Island
  • Interactive art installations and hands-on activities
  • A REVolutionary Community Parade, Town Crier, and roaming performers
  • Interactive historical experiences presented by the Somerville Museum
  • Activities with The Growing Center and the Somerville Garden Club
  • Community organizations and creative experiences for all ages

When: Saturday, July 18, 2026 | 12:00–9:00 PM

(Rain Date: Sunday, July 19)

 

Where: Davis Square, Somerville, MA

 

Theme: REVolution celebrates creativity, transformation, and the ideas that inspire positive change through music, dance, visual art, storytelling, and community participation.

 

Why: Celebrating its 40th anniversary, ArtBeat is Somerville's signature arts festival, bringing thousands of residents and visitors together to experience the creativity, diversity, and community spirit that define our city.
