Looking for a Somerville area studio

[Ellynne]

Hi! I am a working visual artist and researcher still seeking a fairly spacious studio in Somerville. Dry, low-noise bead, textile, and mixed-media practice; no welding, kilns, woodworking, or routine solvent use. Open to a lease takeover, but not a space share. Move date asap. Many thanks!
