Dear Somerville Friends,

Hope this message finds you well!  My name is Shira, and I'm a composer and singer from Davis Square.  I'm putting together a concert that will be happening on July 18, the evening of ArtBeat.  At the Crystal Ballroom, "Speaking It Aloud" will start at 7 p.m.  I'll sing original songs for the first half, and we'll hear from alt-rock singer Felicity Paige for the second half.  Because ArtBeat's theme if REVolution, we organized a show that has something of a political tone, about speaking truth to power.  I'd be thrilled if you'd come and join us for a fun event.  Find more information about the performance here.  Please feel free to reach out with any questions, and looking forward to seeing you there!
