Sorrel is coming up strong at the farm and should be ready for harvest
by next week! French Sorrel is a perennial plant whose leaves are
eaten for their zesty, tangy and bright flavor. The leaves are very
high in vitamins C and A, and are a good source of iron and fiber. In
fact, historically French Sorrel was used to prevent scurvy.

Typically used in French Cuisine, particularly soups, French Sorrel
also adds zest to any dish calling for spinach or chard and brightens
salads with its lemony tang.

Price will be $4 for a gallon bag (about a pound), and $1.50 for a
quart size.
