Welcome to the 2009 Growing Season with Someday Gardens! Things are
rapidly shifting into full gear in our gardens. Peppers, tomatoes,
potatoes, herbs, carrots, and cucumbers are all bedded in, though
harvest is of course a ways off. We will begin harvesting mixed
greens from heirloom lettuce varieties next week. This week we are
flush with spinach! We will be offering spinach for the next week at
$4 per 1/2 pound or $7/pound. This is hand-picked spinach that is
still small enough for fresh eating. We've been enjoying it in
salads, braised greens, and quiches. Please e-mail me directly to
place your order, or with any questions about the upcoming harvests or
