This is a great position for a college or graduate student!!

Must have a car and be willing to put dogs into it!

If you love dogs, we have something in common. Our reputable, small
dog-walking/playgroup business is expanding, and we're looking for
experienced, dog-loving folks interested in spending time with our
canine clients. Our current service areas include Somerville, and some
areas of Cambridge and Medford.

As a dog walker, you'll pick up dogs at clients' homes (using your own
car), take them on leash walks or to local fenced in dog parks and
deliver them back home happy and tired. Your role is a very active
one. You'll stimulate play with the dogs, manage interactions so that
everyone stays safe and has fun, and be a kind but firm disciplinarian
when necessary. We'll provide training and petsitter's insurance, and
look for you to make between a six- to twelve-month commitment to the
job. Unless the weather is really severe, we're open for business and
outdoors with dogs, so you'll need to feel comfortable working in a
variety of conditions.

To be considered for this job, you should be at least 21 years old,
have prior dog experience, and be available mid-day (10-4) on
weekdays. You need to have a reliable car that you're willing to
transport dogs in, as well as a clean driving record. In addition, you
must have a cell phone, Internet access and an email account. Final
candidates will undergo a background check prior to hiring.
