Hi-
My dog and I were attacked by a dog at 65 Grove St., Somerville on
Tuesday evening. The dog is behind a chain-link fence with 2 doors
that the dog pushed open when we were walking down the street. The
owners have done nothing to secure the fence and did nothing after the
attack. The Somerville Animal Officer is involved. My dog received
severe facial wounds and is doing ok, but the whole event was beyond
shocking. I encourage you not to walk your dog on this side of Grove
Street (small street connecting Morrison Ave. to the back of street
entrance to the bus loop).
