Married Couple & dog looking for apt. in Somerville near Davis for 7/1

Hi gang, just joined the group. We (me, my wife and our 45lbs cattle
dog / blue heeler / aussie shepherd mix) have recently lost our lease
- our landlord is giving our apartment to her son - and are in
desperate need of a new home by 7/1.

We are a mid 30s married couple and obedience schooled dog looking for
a nice two bedroom near Davis Sq. Somerville. Preferably around Cedar
St or closer. (Hudson, Spencer, Lexington, Albion area is great) Would
like to stay near the bike path. We are quiet and clean professionals
looking for a long term apartment. Things we love: washer and dryer in
unit, outdoor space preferably some sort of yard, a porch, dishwasher,
parking, being able to paint, lots of windows. Things we don't like:
noisy neighbors, loud streets, wall to wall carpeting and no light.

Don't know about renting, but our neighbor is selling a place at 218 Powder House Boulevard that fits most of your requirements.  Parking is street parking, and it is usually pretty easy to find parking on street here.
