Dear Cluster Partners,

 

I want to inform you that the 2025 Activity Info Reporting Form is now live. However, the design has changed slightly from last year.

 

We have planned an orientation session for next week to help you with these changes.

 

In the meantime, please compile your organization’s data in Excel. After our orientation, you can use the new form for the 2025 reporting.

Dear IM Colleagues,

 

It is to be recalled that we have been working on the revision of the ActivityInfo database redesign. With your great inputs, we have managed to integrate significant changes. Starting today Friday 7 February 2025, you can invite your partners to start January 2025 response reporting. Kindly be advised that we have cleaned the training data from all your forms.

 

NB:

We are still working with CCCM, MPC, and Food clusters to finalise their forms before their partners can start reporting.

 

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any request.
