This is an invitation to the regional WASH Cluster Coordination Meeting, to be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
This Special coordination Meeting is hosted by our Honored WASH Partner “Save The Rural Society (SRS)” covering the cost of the conference room and refresher snacks at HADIYA CAFÉ AND CONFERENCE (The end point of Ayardaga Asphalt road at the back of Ethiopia Revenue Authority (JIBRIGA DHABARKIISA) for exact location please use below link https://maps.app.goo.gl/42WaJDXDb23Lcpsg6. Dear Regional WASH Cluster Partners
I am sharing the final draft of our recent WASH Cluster coordination meeting minutes, additionally, the endorsed Deyr assessment report and partners progress report are also attached for your reference.
Please not that we are in pre drought situation in the region and long dry season brings people to be in stress situation that need close flow up and timely intervention.
The regional emergency drought response plan is also drafted by today so your available resources was addressed in the document though there still things to address by reaching you the draft with your input particularly secured available fund that not yet captured as it is one of the action points listed below.
Please have a look at the below action points for your action
- Continue resource mobilization for the worsening situation in Deyr receiving zones particularly Afder, Liban and Dawa zones for timely intervention
- Upon preparation of WASH Cluster EPRP portion partners are requested to share their available, secured pipeline projects to the WASH Cluster and necessary technical supports are requested
- An invitation email from the regional WASH Cluster to join this new online google group mailing list should confirmed by partner WASH Cluster focal points-Long standing action points that need your quick attention
- Partners should send their Activity info focal points (One per each partner(Both national/Regional) and if possible two focal points are allow Long standing action points that need your quick attention(I will share those already send their AI focal points)
