Dear Regional WASH Cluster Partners,

Hope all is fine! This is a kind invitation to you, the regional WASH Cluster Coordination Meeting, to be held on Wednesday, February 05, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. As usual, the Meeting will take place at the regional Water Bureau meeting venue.

As we addressed in the previous email an alerts of extreme water shortage is coming from the ground, so to capture all please send if there is any alert in your specific operational area with the attached reporting format.

Additionally, we need to finalize EPRP no later than Wednesday so any partners with emergency funds please share with us before the meeting to incorporate this main document, we don’t have enough time to wait. To make things easier, please use the attached Excel. Up to now any water trucking response and sanitation facilities were not captured and the available budget is Zero. Please feel free to reach out to me.

One last thing needed to also captured is the projects affected by the suspension of the USA. If there is any project suspended in your organization please also fill out the attached sheet and send it on Monday

Please bring your update regarding about:-

your respective operation area situation particularly if there is any water scarcity concern, nonfunctional water schemes and
input of EPRP 2025 WASH section particularly the available budget for main wash emergency activities
if there is a US Government suspended fund affected WASH project in your organization
