Dear colleagues,

Warmest regards and I hope you are doing well. Based on the recent Dyer Season Assessment and several alerts regarding depressed rains in the first and second quarters of 2025, a mini-EPRP has been discussed under the leadership of the DRMB and UNOCHA. A draft WASH Document has been developed and is accessible in the link below. Requesting for your review of the document by indicating the needs and available resources based on specific activities in the document. If there are other additional emergency activities currently ongoing or not addressed in the document, please include. The current plan covers 9 zones of Somali Region that have been identified as at the highest risk (currently missing Siti and Fafan Zones). The document will be finalized during the next WASH Cluster meeting next week on 5th February 2025.

Your support will be highly appreciated.

regards
