Clear Desk Policy

 The space has been cleaned up at Hack the Space Day today. We are going to be enforcing the clear desk policy which was has been in place for a number of years: https://somakeit.org.uk/clear-desk-and-floor-policy/ The main workbenches in the clean room now have signs attached to boxes of cleaning items to remind members to keep the surfaces clean and clear.There is now a new larger lost property box by the white door. Please clear the workbench space when you have used it so other members can use it, if you find items left behind by someone else please place them in the lost property box. The only exception to this is for projects in progress that have to be left out, for example because glue is drying or resin is curing - those things should be clearly labelled as per the Members' Storage Policy: https://somakeit.org.uk/storage-policy/The white social area table is not a workbench, please leave it clean and clear after use.
