General Meeting announcement

Good evening,

We will be holding a general meeting at 8pm on Tuesday 14th January 2025, at the Makerspace with the business of amending the articles of association, passing relevant resolutions under the new articles, and changing the name of the company.

The proposed articles are here, and the formal agenda of the meeting is here.
No further amendments, besides minor changes for grammatical or non-substantive reasons, may now be made to the articles without calling another general meeting to make amendments to the articles again.

The members meeting will follow this.
