January Members and General Meetings

We will be holding the usual members meeting on Tuesday, along with a general meeting which was announced in December.

The agenda of the members meeting is attached, along with the general meeting agenda and proposed articles in case any of you missed it.

As a reminder, you may appoint a proxy, and tell them how to vote on your behalf, on resolutions of the general meeting.
