Plan after version 0.1

Hello,

I've written a short note on the plan for SOLVCON version 0.1+ at
http://solvcon.net/yyc/writing/2011/solvcon_0.1.html . After making
the release, I'd like to focus more on realistic problems, which
include more standard test cases (for validation). The high-order
CESE method will also be an important direction.
