marc4j PR#96: Support for NLM call numbers

Hi everyone,
I wanted to call attention to a new pull request for marc4j, PR#96, about adding support for NLM call numbers. There's no specific review request, so I wanted to call attention to it. It doesn't look to me like there should be anything controversial about it.
This is coming from some FOLIO development and a need to support NLM call numbers. I suspect we will eventually see a PR for SuDoc numbers also, though that may be a little more down the road.
