The newest version has been tagged in SVN and uploaded to the
solrmarc.googlecode download page.

I've updated the SolrMarc.jar bundled with Blacklight to a .jar compield
from the 2.1.2 tagged release. In Blacklight master/trunk, and will be
in next tagged version of Blacklight.

[Also, in case you need to know, the rake tasks bundled with Blacklight
for indexing with SolrMarc will use a _local_ SolrMarc.jar, instead of
the one bundled with blacklight plugin, if you put one at
you_app/solr_marc/SolrMarc.jar . In case you want to compile a custom
version or a different version than the one bundled with your version of
blacklight, but still use the rake tasks. ].
