import marc21 + digital document

Hi, I'm playing with solrmarc and I've imported my records
successfully.
Now, I've the following problem : my "Solr Document" definition must
include

- the "imported" MARC21 metadata (let's say for example title and
author). This step has been done as described;
- the full text data; I mean, the data extracted from the
corresponding pdf.

Now, after doing the first step, I have a document on SOLR with (for
example) id 12345 with title and author exracted from the MARC21
stream.
If, at this point, I use the /update/extract handler to import the pdf
data for the 12345 document, the title and author data previously
extracted are replaced with the full text content. I mean, the
previous document is replaced.

Some questions :

1) Is there a way to do a one-shot import with marc21 and binary
data?
2) Do you know if there's a nice way to do that in more than one
request?
