How to configure solr for Thailand

I am new in Solr, now I am trying configure Solr for Thailand.

Could someone give me steps for do this?

It depends on what you actually want to achieve and which version of your Solr installation. In general, Solr does support Thai language out-of-the-box. You can take a look at schema.xml and search for "text_th" which is a pre-defined field type that uses JRE BreakIterator for tokenization.
