Pagan discussions at the Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship run every Wednesday evening from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in rooms 4/5 of the CARE building on the ERUUF campus. For directions to ERUUF, see http://www.eruuf.org.
Join us each week as we live our paganism through discussions, rituals, and spiritual practice in a family friendly atmosphere. All ages are welcome. If you have small children who might be too young to enjoy participating in our activities, please contact us beforehand. Arrangements may be possible. November 7: Runes and shamanistic divination: Most of us are familiar with divination using Futhark Runes, but what other similar systems of divination have we used? And just what is divination? Are we taking a peek at a divine plan or just imagining probable outcomes?
November 14: "In defense of Pagansim": Bring your favorite holy texts and be prepared to explain how they support paganism. I'll be working on a pagan interpretation of Biblical passages. Is anyone interested in taking on a pagan exegesis of Alice in Wonderland?
November 21: No discussion or healing workshop. This is the day before Thanksgiving.
Healing workshop:
After the discussion, from 8-9 p.m., we will practice energy healing. Please RSVP (mailto:c_do...@hotmail.com) if you are interested in attending these workshops. Attendance every week is not required. My Reiki website is http://www.bluereiki.com.
