Merry meet friends!
Pagan discussions at the Eno
River Unitarian Universalist Fellowship run every Wednesday evening
from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. in rooms 4/5 of the CARE building on the ERUUF
campus. For directions to ERUUF, see
http://www.eruuf.org.
Join
us each week as we live our paganism through discussions, rituals, and
spiritual practice in a family friendly atmosphere. All ages are
welcome. If you have small children who might be too young to enjoy
participating in our activities, please contact us beforehand.
Arrangements may be possible. Contact mailto:
c_do...@hotmail.com for more information.
October 10: Dark Moon/New Moon discussion, ritual, and magic. Pagans often gather on the Full moon, but what about two weeks later? We will discuss our own practices and how you can adapt no matter what the books tell you about the moon phases. We will create and hold a simple, relaxed ritual appropriate for this lunar phase.
October 17: Goetia: Taming the dark side of our soul. Just what are Goetic demons? How do they affect us and how can taming them be part of a spiritual journey?
October 24: Samhain ritual from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. We'll start gathering at 6:30 p.m. We are holding the Samhain ritual a week early because so many people have multiple obligations to fulfill on October 31, i.e. we don't want to miss the trick-or-treaters.
October 31: No discussion or healing workshop.
Healing workshop (October 10/17):
After
the discussion, from 8-9 p.m., we will practice energy healing. Please RSVP
(mailto:
c_do...@hotmail.com) if you are interested in attending these
workshops.
Attendance every week is not required. My Reiki website is
http://www.bluereiki.com. No workshop on October 24 and October 31.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Blessed be,
Chuck Doebler
