Dear Sir/Madam,

 

We are sending you herewith the letter from our Secretary General, Mr. Toshiyuki Yamada, inviting your organization to submit proposals for the ICT Development Programme for Supporting Pilot Projects in Rural  Areas funded by the Extra Budgetary Contribution from Japan.

 

We would appreciate it very much if you could submit your proposals using the appended ‘Application Form and Accounting Form and Budget Plan Template’. The project proposals should be submitted to the APT Secretariat through the APT Members contact point, preferably by e-mail at: apt...@apt.int, no later than August 31^st 2013.
