"Culturally Engaged Research and Facilitation" Hayward, P., 2005

This paper may be of interest to some if not all, it is dating back to a conference presentation in 2005 by Phil Hayward while he was at Macquarie University. I think it is relavent to this group as it looks at some of the differences between creative roles and those requiring ingenuity. That is, how the creativity of music contained in various songs and products of music, need to be balanced with an equal application of ingenuity, facilitation to ensure music can be heard and that instruments can be made for example.
