Hello everyone;

I acquire a solidray 4 onths ago but it's only now that i have found the time to assemble th kit. Anyway I came across several problems when I was assembling the Z axis:

1/I wasn't able to join perfectly the group (ML09, ML10 y ML11) to the ML8 piece because the bolt screw and the washer were in the way of the ballscrew nut.

See the web page I'm referring to:http://www.kitprinter3d.com/en/blog/-solidray-assembly-z-axe-n36

2/Because of this first problem I end up removing the nut from the ballscrew wich I know now was a big mistake. But english is not my first language so I totally misread the warning at the bottom of the page plus I'm a total noob in mechanic so I wasn't aware of how sensitive ballscrew was at the time.

3/In my attempt to replace the balls and the screww in the nut; one of the plastic part in the nut which is suppose to redirect the ball in a loop inside the nut; got pull off... I managed somehow to put back this plastic part but it was wrong I guess cause when I tried to replce the screw and the balls the all system got jammed! So I manage to remove the screw again but I'm not sure it's perfectly straight or rectilinear and I suppose the plastic part is not in the perfect shape either...

So what can I do for problem 1 and can I repair the ballscrew the nut the balls and the little plastic part or should I buy another ballscrew system in which case what are the specification of this component?

Thank you.

Saludos.
