Greetings Dave,
For most of my life, since I was in the Young Communist League, and especially since “Soviet Unionism”, “Communism” or whatever you might care to call it, fell apart. I have been exploring dialectical ideas.
I have now written an as yet unpublished book that either openly or by implication describes exactly where we are in this obviously dialectally structured universe.
Based upon the Universal Principle that Unity is Strength and upon the Universal Principle that Morals, Ethics and Satisfaction ought to be in alignment, I have developed my Universal Model of Existence.
My book does not highlight the importance of Marxism, even though that farsighted philosopher did lead us to understand, or at least to think we understood, the concept of dialectical materialism. This is because I want the book to eventually appeal to all highly perceptive and conceptive persons. Coaching individuals or small groups in the subject of dialectical materialism, whilst they read my “Socratic Bridge to Mindfully Proactive Existence” seems to me a way for the future.
Young people especially need to understand how to remove themselves from the argumentative dichotomies of goodness versus evil, love versus hate and all the other half baked philosophies dreamed up by today’s degenerate society.
The disintegration of the Scottish Socialist Party into opposing camps is just one indication of ignorance amongst those who need to get real with dialectical materialism.
The opposing camps involved in the independence campaigns are also examples of people who do not know, and cannot make up their minds as to what is in their best advantage.
Only alignment with the universal principles underlying unity will lead to socialism. Only understanding of what alignment entails will allow it to happen.
All those with honourable intentions need to be brought together, realising from the start that we must absorb the ideas of others and align them with our own. Unity comes from a cleaned up consciousness. Each socialist needs to understand what exactly a cleaned up consciousness will mean to them, to their families and to society
I shall be very pleased to support others in their exploration of dialectical materialism and its inseparable relationship with dialectical idealism.
