Hi everyone,
SolexaQA++ has been updated to version 3.1. This update fixes various minor bugs, improves command-line output, introduces a new file naming system for LengthSort, and adds a new option [-a | --anchor] for DynamicTrim to trim reads from the 3' end only. All users are encouraged to upgrade.
