New Release SolexaQA++ v3.0

Hi everyone,

A major new version of the SolexaQA software (SolexaQA++ v.3.0) has been released.
The code has been redeveloped in C++ and optimized; it is faster, compatible with compressed files, compatible with Ion Torrent and 454-generated fastq files, and runs on Linux, Mac and Windows.
