Hi everyone,
SolexaQA++ has been updated to version 3.1.3. The new version contains a bugfix in the analysis histogram for variable length reads, and a fix for a malloc error on some systems when the -d option with a trailing forward slash is specified in dynamictrim. In addition, the summary graph for lengthsort now shows the sample(s) name(s) as the graph title. Users are highly encouraged to update to this version.
