Hi everyone,

A new version of the SolexaQA software (v.2.5) has been released.

This version fixes a bug that truncates results for HiSeq runs with 96 tiles. If you work with HiSeq files, it might be worth updating to this version.

Note that we are currently undertaking a thorough revision of the SolexaQA code. This is throwing up lots of little fixes, hence the recent flurry of new releases.
