SolexaQA 2: Major updated software release

[MPC]

Version 2.0 of the SolexaQA package has just been released. 

This is a substantial update with several major changes:

* The output graphics have been extended and refreshed.

* The software no longer requires matrix2png. All graphics are generated by R.

* Several new output plots and information files are produced.

* The software has been highly optimized and now runs 2-3 times faster for most datasets.
