Hi everyone,
SolexaQA++ has been updated to version 3.1.5. The new version contains an addition to the histogram graph: a small subplot that shows the length distribution of the reads before any quality threshold is applied. Also, a bug that made SolexaQA++ crash when the file names contained whitespaces has been solved. Users are highly encouraged to update to this version.
