Because they're not in on the action, that's why. I've spent thousands
on government sponsored scams, I mean lotteries, and have absolutely
nothing to show for it. Then they tax away the rest!
Save the attached file to your hard disk, before some moralistic
moron deletes it, and read it at your leisure.
