I appolgise for the hashup with my recent postings.
It will not happen again.

During the lifetime of the Irish writer and playright, Oscar
Wilde, passports where introduced and customs and excise
controls tightened. Once when passing through customs and being
asked if he had anything to declare, he answered:

'I have nothing to declare but my genius.'

The thought struck me today that a good many of you
participating in these news groups would, in all honesty
not get passed the first 3 words of that sentence. Some might
justify reaching the word nothing, since stupidity is NO THING.

As with the customs, I was just passing through.

Anyway I've better things to do than spend my time on
this nonsense, so here I am signing off, and as Oats said
to Scott on that fateful expedition to Antarctica:

'I'm going out now and may be some time'.

He of course never returned!

Bye

yesterday is history, tomorrow's a mystery, and today's a gift - that's
why it's called the present.

Too bad, your valuable contributions will be sincerely missed.
Not to mention your sharp perception and great command on words.
