We have been notified by Cable and Wireless (Videotron) that
they
will be loading new software on their Nokia Switches this Thursday evening
from
midnight. This work will take about a hour during which time the switches
will
have to be reset.
When the switches are reset, they will drop the connection. So anyone
online,
will find that they are disconnected when the switches are reset.
Cable and Wireless (Videotron) apologise for any inconvenience caused by
this
software update.
